State Representative Don Tripp recently donated a flag pole and American flag to the Cottonwood Valley Charter School, as well as desk flags. Here the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts who attend the school held a flag ceremony to celebrate the raising of the flag over the school. Shannon Del Curto, a 5th-grader at CVCS, played God Bless America on her recorder. Rep. Tripp then spent the morning touring the school, meeting children and teachers.
