1. Results of the teacher priorities survey: We discussed the results of the recent teacher survey and have decided to make funding for additional staff and field trips short-term committee goals. We are also going to pursue more general funding involving public/parent outreach and school events. The division of labor is as follows:

   • Francie Deters: Investigating a combined CVCS "green festival"/fundraising event
   • Peter Mozley: Funding for field trips (Target Field Trip Grants)
   • Russell Wrenn: Investigating funding for additional staff (AmeriCorps program)
   • Cathi van Fleet: Coordinating "earn and learn", box-tops, and inkjet cartridges
