SUMMARY
Because
of the small number of attendees only the RFP for architectural
services on the class room pods (B,C,and D) was discussed.
Jim
presented a draft of the RFP which was modified by the group. The
modified version of the legal notice (page 1) and the additional
information that will be faxed to any interested party (page 2) is
attached. If there are any additional comments on the RFP please get
them to me by Thursday morning so that the notice can be submitted in
time for publication in this Sunday's Albuquerque Journal. We currently
intend to run the ad in 2 Sunday Journals and the Socorro El Defensor
Chieftain.
