Each year the Governing Council and the school administrator develop a survey for parents to complete. The survey consists of two parts: a general section which is distributed to all families, and a section geared to individual classrooms and subjects which is tailored for students in K-5 and 6-8. Some of the results are regarded as confidential, but overall school evaluations and comments which do not identify individuals may be published.

The following surveys and results are currently available:

School year 2008-2009

• Summary of questions and parent ratings in graphical form overall
• Summary of questions and parent ratings in graphical form by grade; Note: This includes a very complex graph; a 2-megabyte JPEG image of it is available here so you can use an image viewing program to zoom in and out

School year 2007-2008

• Graphical comparison of parent ratings to general questions, from 2006-2008
• a compilation of comments on general questions

School year 2006-2007

• compilation of grades 6-8 specific responses
• compilation of K-5 specific responses
• a compilation of comments on general questions

School year 2005-2006

• Tabulated responses to general questions 1-9, and
• a compilation of comments on general questions 10-12.
• General survey form sent to all families in April
• Class/subject-specific survey forms sent to families of students in grades K-5 and 6-8
