has started initial paperwork. The goal
is inclusion. Lilia Requejo will tutor
students. January 25th is
Charter School Day at Legislature. One
bus load of students will go. Report
cards go out Monday. Chain of
Command-through Dolores. Teacher’s
lesson plans must be submitted every Friday.
B. Business

count. Submitting BAR’s for
approval. June deposit from State Funds
$30,000. Increase of expenses. Switch line items. $150,000 increase in budget.

One more
portable will hold 7th grade/library. Renovation of old hospital—removal of the hazardous
material. $400,000 estimate. Old hospital is needed for multi-purpose
room. Need to move power pole. Coop will be contacted. Didn’t get releaf grant. Jan Thomas is working on grant for landscaping.
2. Legislative
Issues 10 minutes Mary

session. Capital Outlay. Meeting with Don Tripp/Laurel Armijo. Request $150,000. Will present to two State Senators.
3. Student Council 10
minutes
Working on
getting the area by the old hospital covered so balls won’t go in anymore. Some kind of cover. How can we prevent balls from going on the
roof?

Lottery in March.
5. Teacher Search 10

grade teacher. Could hire someone with
multiple certification. Required
subjects: science, math, social
studies, language arts. May offer
electives. Team teaching.

Proposal for old laundry mat Mary
Cottonwood
Valley will be able to use it for the price of the utility bill. A description is need for ADA compliance. Need a special use permit, insurance. Can use building for ancillary services,
lunch, IEP meetings, after school programs.

community involvement. Keep the public
informed—maybe the radio. A Community
Valentine party at the new facility? A
newspaper article about Dolores.
