School Lunches—Kim Hignight from the Boys and Girls Club presented sample menus for
snacks, breakfasts and lunches. These
menus meet federal guidelines, though menus, portion sizes, etc can be tailored
to meet any additional requirements of the school. No decision on school lunches will be made until quotes from the
other restaurants are reported. Cost of
school lunches will be determined when we have firm figures on the number of
students at the school and the number of students qualifying for reduced/free
lunches.
